2 Telkom branches in the same mall(Eastgate) failed me.

The service I received at the branch was horrible. An employee redirected us to a branch that couldn't help us just because it is almost closing time and she was lazy to help. Only to find out that the branch I got sent to doesn't even have stock. Telkom doesn't even have a complaints department or even an email to log a complaint. All you get is please go report to the branch manager who was also there when we got redirected. Honestly not happy.
