While in the part of the day my speed isnt being throttled (see previous 6 complaints for the first breach of contract) I discovered that any connection going to netflix is being throttled.<br> <br> A speed test shows speeds of 55 mbs, a network test showed all TCP and UDP were connecting unhindered, youtube can steam in 4K yet netflix a measly 245kbs.<br> <br> As per the contract video and audio streaming do not fall under the P2P and News server network protocols, as netflix uses https, additionally as advertised there would be no shaping on Netflix.<br> <br> \Once a subscriber reaches the 50GB cap the bandwidth<br> intensive protocols or applications shall be throttled to 128kbps speed for the rest of the month. Full<br> Speeds shall resume at the beginning of the next calendar month.<br> 7.
