2 Previous Telkom compaints and Telkom apologise but do not come back to me!

<p>I have a complaint at Telkom since January 2017. No one came back to me. This is my third complaint on this site without any success. I need someone at Telkom to contact me immediately!!!</p> <p>Can Busi from the Telkom social media come back to me? I do not prefer to respond privately on a message, I need you Guys to phone me so that we can sort this out.
