2 Months without a phone, still in for repairs.

I have submitted my iPhone for repairs with through telkom insurance at the beginning of September and now we approaching the end of October and I still have not received my device. The most annoying part is that they even refused to loan me a phone while my phone is on repairs, mind you I am paying for the device that i am not even using. This is totally unacceptable and you should damn fix your call center. I cant wait for this contract to expire and please dont even bother me about an upgrade i had it!!!!!!!!
