2 months still no adsl line
<p>Its been 2 months now, since 1st week in December, that I try to relocated my landline with ADSL. I was told at Telkom Menlyn Mall it takes about 30 days. On 4 January i phoned the call center to find out when the installation will take place. The agent told me there was nothing on the system and that Menlyn did not submit the paper work that I filled in at the store. She re-did the line relocation. So I had another 30 days to wait. Got a sms that the line will be installed on 6 feb few days later the date changed to 19 feb. This is really unacceptable. After numerous attempts to find out why the date changed and why all failed. Facebook, instore and call center. I cant think that it take 60 days to connect a line. I full understand why you are called HELLKOM. Order number ********** 59A.</p>
My voice line is currenty being installed, thank you. BUT i used to have voice and fibre internet at my prevouse address, I asked for relocation of both but due to no fibre in my area i asked to downgrade to ADSL. Now i'm being told by the sales call center that my ADSL will only be available in about 30 days! this is again unacceptable! i'm losing income as i cant deliver on my promises to my clients. my mobile data cost sofar is more than R5000 per month. i'm running my company at a loss another 30 days like this and i'll need to close down. not sure how i will be able to feed my famliy then. so i ask when will my adsl be installed and active?
