2 months later, still no Internet.

Telkom has billed me already for the voice-line that I never use - I don't even have a telephone. The service I'm interested in, which I've mentioned from the start, is an Internet line but to this day I still don't have it. I've spent hours on the phone, took two days leave for the technicians to install the line, one of which was wasted because the technician never pitched up.

I have a right to fair value and quality service. How can Telkom bill me for a telephone line when I still don't have an Internet line as per my original request? They're forcing me to pay for a service that I don't want. If I had a working Internet line I expect to be billed pro rata. But this is ludicrous.

My right to timely completion of service and notice of unavoidable delays has also been violated. The consultants have promised me more than three times that the problem would be sorted out \before the end of week". That was more than a month ago.

I expect someone to take responsibility"
