2 months later my query is still not resolved

My reference no is SM177250.<br> The most infuriating thing about Telkom is that they keep on sending e-mails and do nothing my about my query. They send these e-mails so that it can look like they respond whilst they do nothing about your query. You can even see that these are useless automated responses with no meaning.<br> <br> In true Telkom fashion I am expecting them to send an e-mail AGAIN immediately after receiving this complaint and do nothing afterwards. I am also expecting a quick response on this website about how my query will be referred and nothing will happen after that. Watch and see!! Telkom is going to be very quick to respond on this website and later do nothing.<br> <br> STOP SENDING ME E-MAILS AND RESOLVE MY QUERY!!<br> <br> For the record there is nothing wrong with my cell no stated below here on this report. I always answer my cellphone. If you call I will answer. It is very strange that the last time you claim to have called me however there was no missed call.
