2 months later and still not resolved

It’s been 2 months and several calls to the call center and still no resolution.

I have been promised call backs from agents, team leaders and operations managers but still no contact has been made from anyone.

All my lines has been capped but somehow I’m being charged out of bundle usage.

I Dnt have service for the last 2 months but still not being helped by anyone.
