2 Months later and still no help or response

I have been trying to get a voice line and ADSL line installed in my flat for the pass two months. Sent emails to Telkom and also complained on social media. I got a response from Telkom social media but when I responded with a enquiry to [Email Removed] I got no response. I then forwarded my application form to Hello Peter Telkom on the same email address and to date have not gotten any response. Its been such a process and still no solution, internet or response from Telkom. <br> <br> I spent over R100 airtime waiting on 10210 for two odd hours just to get no response.<br> <br> As a possible new customer, this type of service is down right disgusting to say the least.
