2 Months for Phone Repair

on the 7th of March I booked my IPhone 5C at Telkom Festoval Mall.on the 28th of march I went to the shop hoping my phone will be back by then as maximum repair period is 3 weeks but was told that my phone only arrived at George on the 24.I understand that there is a procedure and couriers involved but what I fail to understand is that it takes more than 2 weeks for a phone to reach a repair center? taking into accord that after 3weeks a customer should have their phone from repairs. another frustrating thing is I was never notified of any stage my phone was in and on the system they updated that I have been notified which is not true. on the 22 of April I received an Sms saying that my phone was dispatched to Telkom Direct at Festival mall(this is the first sms received from Telkom since I booked my phone).on the 25 April I went to collect my phone and was told that my phone has not arrived they will call me.it has been close to 2weeks now I did not receive any call from the shop that I can collect my phone I assume its gonna take another month before my phone arrives now how is that for a pathetic service.for the past 2 moths I am paying for a phone that I do not use or have
