2 months and still waiting...

<p>I have been trying to get ADSL for my house for over 2 months now. Telkom needs to repair a cable but they seem to be refusing to do so. I call every weeks to try find out what is happening only to be told that they are escalating the issue but cant give me a date for when they will actually sort the issue out. As soon as there is Fibre in my area I will move away form Telkom as I dont ever want to deal with their poor service again. Its almost like they dont even want peoples business. </p>
