2 months and not resolved

On the 29/11/2015 I went to the Ballito branch to query my account and they have told me that my contract has exceeded the period that's why the price has gone up and I have to renew the contract. <br> So we went through the process and the sales consultant showed us the deals and we agreed on the deal for an iPhone 6 @ R289.00 pm with 50 free minutes and 75mb of data and land line rental 7 to 7 free with weekends free. <br> The sales guy us us if we require a specific color and we choose the colour and he didn't have it in stock and said he will ordered it and will contact us. After 2 weeks no one contacted us and I went to the stanger branch to query and see if they could help and they contacted Ballito who promised to sort out soon as they were still processing it. <br> On the third visit to Ballito they tell me they gave s stock problem and cannot get the stock as per sales person whilst other stores had stock. Finally on the 7/2/15 they had stock and could not find the documentation so had to fill out again but now the deal was not on anymore and they cannot do the deal but have to check with regional manager. <br> After we contacted regional manager she says their was an error in the pricing
