2 months and no answere!!!

I ordered the big deal from Telkom 2 months ago...since then I have recieved my LIT box and wifi extender. After that I phoned in to find out about my service date only to have the phone dropped in my ear...they are deducting money every month but I have no service...when will this be sorted out???
