2 MONTHS AND FIXED LINE LOOK ALIKE PHONE IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED. TELKOM CANAL WALK!

We have been to the store 3 times over 2 months, called in more than 4 times to the call centers . The call center say's the store has not assigned a number to the phone hence they cannot activate it. The guys are the store say the system is not generating a number. Its been 2 months and no one can get it right. What should i as a customer now do when all assistance from Telkom is failing. PLEASE HELP!!!

The store people don't reply on emails, the manager does not answer the phone .This is pathetic service

We are still sitting without a phone, your reference number means nothing because we have not been helped yet. How you guys sleep at night i don't know. Pathetic
