2 months and counting...

<p>I app**** for an ADSL line in June, but my house has no access to the cables underground as Telkom never built the manholes to access the cables. I have now been waiting for almost three months fpr my ADSL intallation as Telkom needs to return to install the cables and manhole first. Nothing has happened as yet...</p>
