2 Month No New Line No Help - minimum service standard

<p>It has been more than 2 months now. Still no line installed. I had a line and this is my 4th ticket for the same problem!! I called yesterday to find out what the status is on my installation and they told me my order is STUCK on the system and they will have to give me a new on. Ref number is ********** 34A</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me they will call back yesterday with a new ref number. No one called. Why the hell do in need to wait so long to get on the internet what is going on. Do i need to wait another 2 months for assistance???</p> <p> </p> <p>Whats the point Hello peter does help anymore. Other service providers needs to wait for telkom aswell.</p> <p> </p> <p>So if you want adsl you will need to suffer through Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I geuss this is part of the minimum service standard aggreement. </p>
