2 handsets and one tablet

I've had enough of Telkom. We have complained and had such terrible experiences its ridiculous. My husbands handset broke and had no choice but to take it in to get repaired. Before my husband signed it off i told him to read and recheck the repairs agreement, because we have had problems before. It states that they consider blackberry out of warranty after one year of a two year contract. You dont get told about this when signing for a contract. now both of our blackberry handsets have broken and in the exact same way, clear
