2 Different installation time-frame for adsl

<p>I app**** 1 month ago via the internet. I received no reference number and i waited for a response. I heard nothing and used the chat line and apparently there was no order. So the lady placed the order for a adsl line with router for R599pm. She told me that it will be installed within 7-10 days. I checked on the system and the status stayed the same. Today i send a chat requested and the lady told me its still at the network department and it has a 21-30 days turnaround time. I asked why is there a difference in the 2 time-frames from 2 different people and she said couldnt answer me. I have heard many people say that they received their new adsl within one week. Why do i have to wait so long and why is this only said after i have to ask why is it taking so long? 21-30 days is ridiculous to say the least. WHY????</p>
