2 Complaints, still no action!!!

Hi,<br> <br> This is my 3rd complaint of how useless your service is.<br> <br> No one has phoned me back. . When I now phone your Call Centre it says that I have reached them outside of their business Hours. This is completely Bull****! <br> <br> If this is the service I can expect from Telkom Mobile in Future I would like to have both my contracts with you cancelled immediately!<br> <br> ALL I AM TRYING TO DO IS UPGRADE MY STUPID CONTRACT!!!!!!<br> <br> My cousin phoned MTN on Friday to upgrade her contract and they delivered the phone to her yesterday!<br> <br> I have been trying more than 3 weeks now!<br> <br> CATCH A WAKE UP!<br> <br> IS there a manager that I can speak to or are they just as useless as the rest?<br> <br> My Previous Reference number is: SM151210
