2 and a half months and I still can't find one person at Telkom that wants my money

<p>I work for an IT company that does support for small to medium enterprises. Our client (Anonymous) has been trying for a month and a half to sign up for a 20GB data SIM for their business. After 45 days of struggling to get assistance, they asked us to step in.<br /><br />This is where the fun begins.</p> <p> </p> <p>1 month<br />23 calls</p> <p>3 managers</p> <p>6 sales consultants</p> <p>12 failed connections</p> <p>5 calls dropped while holding</p> <p> </p> <p>I still cannot find anybody at Telkom that wants to take my client's money. No matter how hard we try, Telkom consultants and managers are simply incapable of completing a simple SIM application for a business.</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE CALL ME TELKOM!!! PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, SOMEBODY HELP!!!<br /><br />This is absolutely rediculous!<br /><br />I have worked for an ISP for the last 2 years. Dealing with Telkom as a reseller is bad enough. How does Telkom stay in business when they have such a major aversion for making money.</p>
