1st Time Telkom customer-Not a great experience

I have app**** for a LTE router with 10G Day+10G Night surfer data on 14 May already. Consultant told me it would take 7-10 working days but still i'm waiting, no communication from Telkom's side and it is 03 June already...I have made 5 follow-up calls and each time they just say that they are escalating the query and that I should be patient...Very poor service to a "first-time-on-telkom-network" client.
