1st good encounter in 6 years!

<p>I had the pleasure of recieving one of the best call centre agents assisting me with my Telkom issue.</p> <p>Nontobeka Mkhwa**** was by far the only person I have ever dealt with who did not make me angry at the end of the call. My issue was not resloved and I dont think it ever will be but my account is still being debited but the fact that Nontobeka was calm and did not give me any attitude or snotty, sarcastic responses puts me at ease. </p> <p>Well done Nontobeka</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM I WOULD LIKE THIS ISSUE SORTED OUT NOW!</p> <p>BEEN GOING ON SINCE DECEMBER 15th AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY LINE MOVED!</p>
