1Mpbs LTE download speed!!!

<p>Having signed up for LTE for Netflix streaming, the service worked like a charm. I got 30Mbps download which was great, them it went down to 20 then to 15, for the past week i cannot get more than 1mbps download, my netflix streams very blocky. How can an LTE connection be this slow? i tried calling in but get shoved around from department to department. i pay R699 a month for LTE, not ADSL 1mb line. Please can someone sort this out ASAP. i do not download torrents of any sort. I have full 4G signal too. My neighbor next door gets 30Mbps constantly on LTE Telkom!!!!</p>
