<1mbps on a 2mbps line
Since the end of Jan, I've been experiencing ridiculously low upload and download speeds. <br> <br> I've speedtested my line several times over the course of a month and the (local) latency doesn't go below 700, and the download and upload speeds vary between 0.3mbps and 0.01mbps for downloads and
