1mbps lte router

We have a LTE line with Telkom. We have been experiencing very bad service from them for the last few months. Where we are suppose to have a uncapped LTE Line with throttling after 350GB which we never reach. We now run at 1mb per second... when ever we phone customer care the line just rings..... This is not what we pay for every month
