1mbps Lte Ridiculous!

Horrible service! For the last two weeks me lte has been running in 1mbps if at all. I am required to work from home but am unable to connect to anything. Which firstly means that it caused me to run behind on my work & secondly I've had to fork out more money to get an MTN Sim and data. This when I have 50gigs I'm unable to use. I've had to go into the store only to be told to bring in my router. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my router. Mind you MTN runs on 44mbps. There are 3 other routers in my household and phones that has the same issue with your network. Please get this sorted as I don't see why we should pay for a service we not receiving or we will be forced to move to another service provider.
