1gig Freeme contract no free Telkom to Telkom minutes

Took out a 1Gig Freeme contract in September 2017. It's common knowledge that you get free Telkom to Telkom minutes on the Freeme packages. The package was advertised with a phone and a additional 100 minutes on all networks. From September till now, I have not received any free Telkom to Telkom minutes. Their my Telkom app is not working (updated version), no reply from their facebook page and generally had after sales service.
