1gb Night surfer data not working and Telkom doesn't bother to rectify

I bought a 1gb once off data bundle, which give you 1gb night surfer data, but alas no night surfer data I am to receive. I e-mailed Telkom various times on how to activate the night surfer data, but they now want to know my ID number, where I bank, etc. I phoned them on 12 August and a fault was logged. It is 1 September and I still have no answer to the problem. Nada was done. I lost the 1gb, because it expired. I loaded this month again and again I am not able to use my 1gb night surfer data.
