192 hours later I'm still waiting for a technician

Such pathetic service I mean how am I and my family expecting to go with our daily lives without internet for 8 flippin days. I logged a call on my landline being down on the 20th of November which is exactly 8 days ago and received an sms on the 21st stating my query has been received and the turn around time is 120 hours a weeks later which is 192 hours I'm still sitting with no internet and my debit is going off on Friday. I mean who can survive without internet for 8 days in their household. I've lost clients because of this and I'm beyond frustrated. Can this matter urgently or I'm taking my services elsewhere and making sure that no family member or friend of mine ever does any business with telkom.
