17 days later and still no delivery or expected

So we have been waiting since the 13th of November for this order to be completed. Still no sign of an expected delivery date nor any indication of whats going on. <br> <br> Telkom was real quick to deduct R599 of our account for this service however we have nothing to show for it ?<br> <br> That doesn't seem fair at all!<br> <br>
