15GB promo month to month contract

<p>I had the 15GB promo from Telkom Mobile as a month to month contract. I requested cancellation of the service on 06 January 2016. The first email was sent to: ********** They continued deducting money from my account, I went to their branch in Springs to put another cancellation request, still no joy there, they kept on deducting money even though I was not even getting Data. I reversed their debit orders, and now they handed my account to NuDebt, which is pathetic to say the least!</p>
