I am waiting for confirmation letter and clearance from transunion. I have paid my account on 20th July 2020 and its painful because I took R56 contract and had raised to R1699 and I settled it because I need to apply for.home loan.Telkom is continuing telling me to wait for settlement after 7 check ins and there was no communication on their side.I have now emailed *** with proof of payment and they promised that I'm going to receive feedback by end of today and I am.writing help Peter for assistance to speed up their service .
