15 days yo test a line

I run a small business from my home, I have just moved from one location to another which is across the road from the other one, the new place has an adsl line and land line connection, but they telling me they can only test those lines after 15days, but when they did my first connection it took them 2days. My business can't close for two weeks, this is the worst service ever
