15 DAYS TO FIX A PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED - TERRIBLE!!!

<p>I've logged a problem on 26 January 2017 with refence number 89CVK260117. I have since received sms's t tell me the progress, but no fixing or any call from an agent was made until today - 15 days later and still waiting. This really sucks!!!!!</p>
