14days unresolved theft complaint

It has been 14days now. I have had 3 people say that my missing data complaint will be escalated and I will received a call in this regard.

14days after I laid the first complaint I still haven't received any call.

The month is going to end and my account is going to be debit with an incorrect amount and they will deny responsibility.

Thievery at it's best.

You should stick to fix line because right now this mobile extension if the business is just a bunch of dirty *******.
