14 months years still awaiting technician

I have a 2meg line only receive 0 .38mbps,<br> Battling to open emails etc<br> I have reported this to telkom on hello peter before ONLY to be informed by a respondent from Telkom replying to my mail that a technician would call me .STILL WAITING. <br>
