14 days of no progress
<p> A ********** account was opened with Telkom in 2014 and i only noticed after i tried applaying for a bond. I reported the case in May and they gave a reference number and told me to follow up after 14 days,when i called in after 14 days they told me the case was not attended to i must call again after 14 days as there was nothing they could do from their side.</p>
