14 days no service ?

I have been without internet for 14 DAYS at my office and Telkom has no interest in fixing it. It's no wonder everyone is moving on to fibre. Don't be surprised when you wake up one day with no customers. Your service is alwaya oathetic and delayed. WHEN WILL MY LINE BE FIXED?????????
