14-21 Working days is a Lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cancelled my internet with my previous service provider because i thought that i'm going to save with a contract through telkom but what a mistake!!!!!!! my internet will be switched off in 2 days and telkom has still not delivered 30 days later phoned them yesterday the lady said they will phone me before the end off the day no body phoned! no sms! *****! Telkom is truly as Pathetic as everyone say!!!!
