14-21 Day Turn around time??????

I have sent a request to Telkom on the 26 May to move my line. They claim there turn around time is 14-21 Working days today is the 29th of June i still don't have my line instead i get empty promises every time i phone the call centre. On the 19th of June i phoned them to ask what is happening and they said that there is a mistake on my address i rectified the problem and was promised that it would be fixed in 48 hours , it is now 10 days later the same problem still persists. As a Costumer who have been with Telkom for well over 8 years and have 3 landlines with them i feel like they have failed me as a costumer. I do work from home but have had to use my cellphone to connect to the internet at a outrageous data cost. Not only that i have been billed for my line for the month, This is ridiculous.
