13inch Macbook..deal or no deal...

We went in to the Menlyn Park store on 13 September 2018 to apply for the 13inch Macbook Pro contract that Telkom has on offer. We received approval about two weeks later and had been notified that they are waiting for stock. I am currently still waiting for my device (31 October 2018). I had contacted the sales person helping us twice via email, and have yet to receive a reply from him. My sister then went into the store yesterday (30 October 2018) and had been told that no Telkom stores have any stock on these devices and that they are waiting on Apple for some big announcement. I was offered the Macbook Air as an alternative. I am extremely disappointed in the service received thus far.
