13 days and no phone/money already deducted

2016-03-09 is wheni did the online application<br> 2016-03-10 is when telkom 1st phoned me<br> the lady on the phone said it will take 5 days t deliver the phone<br> 2016-03-14 is when they deducted the money off my account<br> im still waiting<br> its been 13 days now<br> everytime i go to facebook ,twitter all they say is we will get back to you<br> i've still not received a phone call<br> i've complained before on hello peter and they didn't even help<br> <br> im getting tired of this<br> i want a phone call tomorrow 2016-03-22<br> i want my phone Wednesday 2016-03-23<br> <br> telkom don't even reply with we will check and get back to you<br> i want a phone call before 9am tomorrow<br> <br> the VR headset from Samsung is only 20 000 units available<br> if i miss out on this telkom will get me one<br> <br> im really tired of telkom at the moment<br> i cant even get thru on the land line to the call centre<br> ive been waiting for minimum 20 minutes at a time and no answer
