122 DAYS FOR CANCELLATION - Pathetic Serivce

<p>I have sent through cancellation requests for 2 business lines on the 30th of March 2016 and was told that it would take 30 days for the cancellation to be finalized. 122 Days later and nothing has been done. Call have been made and emails sent and I am still getting billed. To date not even a phone call or a response to my emails. Such poor customer service, espeicially since these are business lines.</p> <p>Account numbers are ********** 60001 and ********** 20001.</p> <p> </p>
