12 missed appointments from the 17th of January 2018 when my order was place going on 2 months and STILL no installation!

12 missed appointments from the 17th of January 2018 when my order was placed. Been **** to numerous times inregards to escalations. I have to call you to get any info ( i have been almost 11 hours on the phone from when my 1st appointment was missed on 6th of February) and I have not received 1 phone call from telkom inregards with my numerous requests and calls and complaints. Excuses after excuses after excuses. Spoke to a consultant on 8th, 9th and 10th of February and went to the Telkom shop in Woodland shopping center on the 9th of February and they confirmed my appointment for today the 10th of Febuary. And SURPRISE another missed appointment. I want a senior manager to get in contact with me and explain this pathetic service for such a Big company! WHEN WILL MY LINE BE INSTALLED???????
