Hi hellopeter. I have a contract by telkom and i got my parcel in May and this month o receive a voice message that they will take me to court and block our phone if we not do our payment. Telkom havent took any money since May or June. We have evidence that we had money in our account they havent took any. Now our phones are blocked. So in last we i had a confrence call with one of the telkom customer care consultant and the lady Ayanda said that she made a note that if i get my UIF i can make a payment. I got my UIF last night only. When i called the customer care again , and told them i am very upset with service and i will report them and so the lady hung up on me.
