11 Weeks and Waiting

<p>Been 11 weeks since i requested a line. They have a lovely system that says a technician is on his way but he never arrives. Now I must wait again. The system says he couldnt come because of weather. There was a little rain. Do technicians not work in the rain?????????</p>
