11 months till no refund by Telkom

I ordered an iphone 6 online in 2017, They called me and we concluded the order, money was debited on my account and i was told my phone will be delivered in the next 7 working days. When i didnt receive the phone i contacted them on the 22/03/17, They told me they dont have iphone 6 anymore i can take iphone 7 which they have on stock and i chose even the colour. Inever received it or any correspondent and i then told them i want my money back. Since then they respond by saying they escalated my query. Fastforward to this year they now tell me my order was cancelled because of credit vetting score which is a lie. Till today im struggling to get my money back they say they would come back to me and they never do.
