11 days for repairs(business line)

i have a hair salon and my telephone is been out of service/order for 6 days and counting...<br> it was reported weds.17/06 (126CRZ170615) . i followed up everyday (escalation number 69874)and even spoke a manager ,now it will only be repaired thurs 25/06.<br> i am a SME , in the middle of Sandton not in a rural area and a technician can only come out after 11 working days.
