11 days and still no technician dispatched

I have called numerous times a day and spoke to manager at Sunninghill branch call center thando and PE branch loyiso zono with no feedback on when my telkom landlone will even be looked at ... i was told that a technician was dispatched to my house on the 16th of December but nobody pitched up ... i was told that on monday 21st December somebody will come at 12:30. Nobody pitched up yet again... nobody can answer me why no technician isnt coming to fix my problem. .. 11days have now passed ... escalation ref 797695
