11 Days and line still not repaired ! No responce

Reported phone line down 11 days ago and have been following up on a daily basis and all I am told is that they would escalate it and then nothing happens. Besides for the acknowledgement by Telkom after my last hello Peter complaint, Luleka at the Telkom Hello Peter desk just ignores my e-mails. I even posted on the Telkom Facebook Page and there is just no interest from Telkom to even acknowledge their clients grievances. Don't know what happened recently at Telkom but the service is non-existent ! Don't know if the line will ever be repaired.
